Privacy Policy

Workhardt Art handles personal data in line with Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry: your name, WhatsApp number, event date, event type, venue, rough guest count and anything you write in the message field.

When you book: the above, plus the billing details needed to issue an invoice.

When you browse this site: nothing that identifies you. We use no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics cookies.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and run your event.

To deliver your photo gallery after the event.

To meet our accounting and tax obligations.

We do not send marketing messages to people who simply asked a question, and we never sell or rent your details to anyone.

Who else sees it

Enquiry details are delivered to our team by Telegram and kept in our own records.

Payments are processed by our licensed Malaysian payment provider once that service is live. They receive the payment details needed to process your transaction and handle them under their own privacy policy. We never receive or store your full card number.

This website is served by Cloudflare, which processes technical request data such as IP addresses for security and delivery.

Event photos

Photos taken at your event are held in a private gallery for 90 days and then deleted. A small number may be used to promote our service unless you tell us otherwise. See our Terms & Conditions.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become bookings are deleted within 12 months. Booking and payment records are kept for 7 years, as Malaysian tax law requires.

Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing dear@kenangankita.wrkhdt.com. We reply within 21 days.
