How to book
Four steps, no runaround

Check your date
Our calendar shows which dates are already taken. Pick an open one to start.

Send an enquiry
Tell us your venue and the package you have in mind. We reply on WhatsApp, usually within a few hours.
- 03
Pay the RM100 deposit
A RM100 deposit locks your slot. That is all we collect up front. The balance is due 3 days before the event.
- 04
We handle the day
We arrive about 60 minutes early, set up, run the booth, and pack down without interrupting the event.
Questions
Everything people ask before booking
How much does photobooth rental cost in Kuantan?
Packages run from RM700 for two hours up to RM1,250 for five hours with 4R upsize prints. Every package includes unlimited printing, a custom photostrip design, props, a backdrop, crew on site and both sharing microsites. Transport is included inside Kuantan city.
Which areas do you cover?
We cover Kuantan, Pekan, Gambang and Kemaman. Transport is included for events inside Kuantan city. Beyond a 35 km radius we add RM2.60 per km, calculated from your venue and included in the quote before you pay anything. If your event is outside our area we will say so rather than take the booking.
Do you do outdoor events?
Yes, as long as the space has a permanent roof over it and a solid, level floor. A hall, a ballroom, a covered walkway or a proper porch all work. What we cannot take is open sky, or grass and sand underfoot. Sun washes out the prints, moisture damages the printer, wind takes the backdrop down, and soft ground will not hold the weight of the booth. We also need a stable power outlet within 5 metres of the setup point.
How many photos can guests print?
As many as they want. Unlimited printing is in every package, with no cap and no per-print charge. On a busy wedding night we usually print between 250 and 500 pieces.
How much space do you need?
About 10 × 10 feet of flat floor gives the booth and the queue room to work. We also need a stable power point within 5 metres of the setup spot.
How long does setup take?
Our crew arrives about 60 minutes before your start time and the booth is ready for testing 15 minutes before the session begins. Setup and pack-down are never deducted from your booth hours.
